This document sets out the general terms of use (the 'Conditions') for using the Core Monvex platform. It governs the rights and obligations between you as a user and the platform operator. Please read these Conditions carefully and in full before using the platform, opening an account or making transactions. They form the legal basis for use and are binding for both parties.
By registering, logging in, using the offered functions or otherwise engaging in activities on Core Monvex, you explicitly and fully accept these Terms of Use. Use of Core Monvex is permitted only for adults legally capable of contracting aged 18 or over. Minors or persons not fully capable may not use the platform. If we suspect a breach of this age requirement we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or delete accounts.
Platform operation may occasionally be affected by technical interruptions, maintenance windows, updates or outages – for example due to market volatility, high server load or external events. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features, algorithms, fee models or the range of available markets (stocks, cryptocurrencies etc.) may be expanded, modified, restricted or discontinued at any time without entitling users to claims against Core Monvex.
All platform content – including texts, graphics, designs, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos and AI analyses – is protected by copyright, trademark and other rights and is the property of Core Monvex or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, public availability or commercial use without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may entail civil and criminal consequences.
You as a user are solely responsible that all information you provide (e.g. identity, contact and payment details) is correct, complete and up to date. Incorrect or misleading information may lead to account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or further legal measures. Your personal data is processed only in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR requirements. We maintain high standards of data security and transparency.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Core Monvex – whether manual or via AI-driven automation – are entirely your responsibility and at your own risk. Core Monvex provides the technical infrastructure but does not offer personalised investment advice, recommendations or profit guarantees. Financial markets (including stocks and cryptocurrencies) may be highly volatile and carry the risk of total loss of invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Invest only funds you can afford to lose.
We reserve the right to update or supplement these Terms of Use at any time – for example due to legal changes, technical developments or new market requirements. We will notify you of adjustments in good time (typically at least 14 days in advance) by e-mail, platform messages or via our website. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modifications. For material changes you are free to close your account.
